Manage Policy Group

By default, there are four policy groups: Owner,Admin, Manager, User

Owner and Admin will have access to all user data mapped to the organization.

Only Owner is allowed to create or edit the user with Admin Policy Group

Managers will have access to all mapped users' data.

Users will be able to view only their own data in all modules.

Follow these steps to manage any policy group:

  • From the “Admin” menu, select “Manage Policy Group”.

  • In this section, you will find policy groups featuring “Search” and “Map Policy” functionality.

  • In order to find a particular policy group, you must enter the name of the policy group and hit the “Search” button.

  • You can map the policy of your choice by clicking the “Map Policy” icon.

  • On the “Map Policy” page, you can either add or delete policies, and hit “Update” to save the changes.

  • Once updated successfully, the listed policies are added to the policy group.

Note : You can easily add policies by copying the names from “Manage Policy”.
