Add Upcoming Visit
Adding upcoming visits allows efficient planning and organization, ensuring timely preparation and accommodation for incoming visitors.
The Manage Upcoming Visit menu will only appear if the user has the policy called “MENU-TIMEOFFICE-UPCOMINGVISIT-ADD”
Follow these steps to add an upcoming visit entry:

Select the “Manage Upcoming Visit” option from the “Visitor” menu.

On the “Manage Upcoming Visit” page, you can find “Add Upcoming Visit” button.

At the “Add Upcoming Visit” page, provide essential details such as Location, Planned Date, Visitor Name, Mobile, and To Meet etc.

After providing the relevant information, proceed to click the “Update” button to save the entered data.
