Master


The Master  option includes: Priority and Status

Priority:

Add Priority:

Follow these steps to add priority:

  • Select the “Add Priority” menu, from the “Master” option.

  • On the “Add Priority” page, enter priority and click “Update” to save.

Manage Priority:

The “Manage Priority” page lists the priority thus added.

Follow these steps to manage the priority:

  • Select the “Manage Priority” menu, from the “Master” option.

  • In this section, you will find priority featuring “Search”, “Edit” and “Delete” functionality.


  • In order to find a particular priority, you can use the priority name filter, then hit the “Search” button.

  • You can edit the name of a particular priority by clicking the “Edit” icon.

  • On the “Edit Priority” page, you can modify the name of the priority and hit “Update” to save the changes.

  • To delete a particular priority, click the “Delete” icon.

  • On the “Delete Priority” page, type “Delete” and hit “Confirm” to delete the priority

Note: The same process is repeated for the status master.
