Add Visitor

Using this option, you can record the entry of visitors with their details.

Follow these steps to add a visitor entry:

  • Select the “Manage Visitor” option from the “Visitor” menu.

  • On the “Manage Visitor” page, you can find “Add Visitor” button.

  • At the “Add Visitor” page, you are required to input the visitor's name, mobile number, purpose of visit, ID proof, and any additional necessary details. After providing the relevant information, proceed to click the “Update” button to save the entered data.

  • Upon entering the mobile number and clicking the “Search” button, in the event that the identical mobile number already exists within the dataset, the system shall automatically show you the name of the visitor and visitor type associated with it.

  • Once an entry is added, you can view it by clicking on the “Tag” icon. To modify the details of the entry, simply utilize the “Edit” icon located in the option column.

  • Additionally, you have the option to mark the visitor's exit by clicking on the “Exit” icon in the same option column.

  • This intuitive interface allows for easy and efficient management of entry records.
