The Vehicle section of the system is designed to streamline the process of adding and managing vehicle information within the organization. Automated Vehicle Record Check

Upon entering the mobile number and clicking the Search button, the system performs an automated check of its dataset to determine if the mobile number is already associated with an existing record. If the mobile number is found in the system, it will immediately retrieve and display the name of the driver linked to that number. This automated feature streamlines the process of verifying existing records, preventing duplicate entries, and ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant. By providing immediate visibility into whether the vehicle number is already in use, the system helps maintain the integrity of the vehicle database and facilitates efficient record management.

Active Vehicle Number Restriction

The system enforces a strict rule to maintain data accuracy by restricting the addition of new vehicles with a number that is already in use. If a vehicle with a specific number is still active and has not been marked as exited, the system will prevent any attempts to add another vehicle with the same number. Viewing and Editing Vehicle Details

Exit Restrictions

It is important to note that once a vehicle is marked as exited, the system imposes restrictions on editing its details.
