Telegram Configuration

The Alert Configuration feature allows administrators to set up real-time notifications via Telegram, ensuring that critical updates regarding vehicle and visitor movements are communicated promptly. By integrating Telegram with the system, administrators can receive instant alerts for various events, such as vehicle entries and exits, and visitor arrivals and departures. This setup enhances operational efficiency by providing immediate awareness of significant activities, facilitating timely responses and better management of the organization's resources.

Telegram Group Setup

To enable real-time alert messages, you first need to create a Telegram group and add the Robeeta Robot to this group. After adding the bot, start the setup process by sending a /start command to the bot. This action will generate a unique chat ID, which is essential for configuring the alert system.

Configuration in System

In the Telegram Configuration section of the software, administrators must enter the generated chat ID. This step establishes the connection between the system and the Telegram group, ensuring that alerts are properly routed to the designated group. The configuration allows for alerts related to vehicle and visitor entries or exits, ensuring timely and relevant notifications.

Customizing Alerts

The system offers the flexibility to set up alerts based on specific locations, which helps in tailoring notifications to relevant areas and reducing unnecessary messages. Additionally, you have the option to disable alerts for any location if they are not needed, ensuring that you only receive the most pertinent information.
