Approved Outpass

This page displays a list of approved outpass requests, helping users and administrators track who has left the premises and whether they have returned. It ensures proper monitoring of movement and automatically updates statuses based on entry and return actions.

Visibility Control

Only approved outpass requests will be shown in the outpass record list. Owners and users with the required policy can view all outpass data across the organization. Other users will only see outpasses related to their mapped location, ensuring data privacy and relevance.

Time Mapping

Once the out time is recorded, it is mapped to indicate the exact time the person left the premises. If the person returns and the return time is captured, the system will map this as well.

Automatic Closure

When both the out time and return time are recorded, the status of the outpass is automatically marked as Closed. This eliminates the need for manual updates and ensures accurate tracking of movement completion.
