Outpass Request

This page allows users to add, manage, and track outpasses for employees who temporarily leave the organization. It helps ensure proper documentation of outgoings, adds accountability, and supports real-time notifications, improving overall movement tracking and security.

Add Outpass

  • Details to Add: Name, transport mode, location, time of going out, expected return time, and reason.

  • Access Control: Only Owners and users with the required policy can add an outpass entry.

  • Telegram Alert: If a chat ID is configured in Telegram settings, an alert message will be automatically sent to the group once an outpass is created, notifying relevant members in real time.

Manage Outpass

  • Details Displayed: Name, transport mode, out time, expected return time, reason, and approval status.

  • Approve/Decline: Only Owners and users with respective policy rights can approve or decline an outpass. Once approved or declined, alerts are sent both to the approver and to the creator of the outpass.

  • Filters: You can filter the outpass list by date, name, status, or use the quick search option to find specific records quickly.
