This page is accessible only to users who have the required policies, maintaining security and control over sensitive information. Authorized users can not only view but also edit upcoming visit details, providing the flexibility to update or correct information as necessary. This capability ensures that all scheduled visits are accurately recorded and reflect the most current data.

Dynamic Visitor Management

In addition to editing, users can add new visitors to the list of upcoming visits, facilitating seamless integration of new entries into the existing schedule. Locking Upcoming Visit Data

Once a visitor is added to the list of upcoming visits, the specific details of that upcoming visit become locked and cannot be modified. However, the visitor's information can still be edited, and their visit status can be updated or exited through the Manage Visitor page. This approach ensures that the overall schedule remains consistent and reliable, while still allowing for flexibility in managing individual visitor details as needed. By separating the management of visit schedules and visitor details, the system maintains the integrity of the planned visits while providing administrators with the necessary tools to manage visitor information effectively.
