OTP Verification Setup

One of the key features available in this section is OTP Verification for visitor entries. When this option is enabled, the system will require visitors to undergo a one-time password (OTP) verification process before their details can be added. This adds an extra layer of authentication and ensures that only verified visitors are recorded in the system.

Workflow of OTP Verification

As part of the visitor entry process, an OTP will be sent to the visitor’s mobile number. The visitor must successfully verify the OTP to proceed. Only after successful verification will the system allow the entry to be submitted and saved. This setup helps prevent unauthorized or incorrect visitor records and improves the accuracy and security of entry logs.
