Manage employee


Displays a list of all employees in the system. Administrators and owners have full visibility of all employee records.



Action: This section allows administrators to manage biometric and device access for employees, including actions related to fingerprints, face recognition, and device access.

Fingerprint: Add a fingerprint for the selected employee by choosing the device and finger type. Existing fingerprints can be overwritten if needed.

Face: Add a face ID for the selected employee by selecting the device for enrollment. Existing face data can be overwritten if required.

Device: Manage an employee’s access to a specific device. Access types include:

  • Add Fingerprint Access
  • Add Device Access
  • Remove User Access
  • Add Face ID Access
  • Enroll User Face

Select the employee and device to apply the desired access type.
