Set up department


Steps to Manage Departments:
Navigate to Access > Admin > Manage Department, click Add to create a new department, or select an existing to enter the details page.

Set basic information
Select the company, enter the department name, is active and set the telegram alert

Set Telegram Alert:
Enabling this option will send notifications about the department's absentee list to the admin group on Telegram, helping monitor absenteeism. When disabled, notifications about the absentee list will no longer be sent to the group. 

Enable/Disable Department:
Set the Is Active field to true to activate the department or Set the Is Active field to false to deactivate the department.
