Mapping device user access
There are three types of access you can manage:

Add device access |
Grant users' permission to access and use a specific biometric device.

Add fingerprint access |
Enroll a user's fingerprint on the device to enable biometric access.

Remove user access |
Revoke a user's access to a specific device, preventing them from using it for attendance.

These options allow you to control which users can access and interact with the biometric devices.
Steps to Mapping device user access:
Navigate to Access > Admin > Manage Device User Access, click Add to create a new mapping, or select an existing to enter the details page.
Set Device Access

Select Access Type:
- Choose the type of access you want to grant (e.g., Add Device Access, Add Fingerprint Access).

Select Employee and Device:
- Select the employee’s name from the list.
- Choose the specific device(s) you want to assign to the employee.

Grant Access to All Devices:
- If you want the employee to have access to all devices, check the All Devices option.
- To assign only specific devices, uncheck the All Devices option and select the desired devices individually.
Once access is granted, the employee can use the assigned devices to enter and work at your workplace and mark their attendance.
