The Training module is designed to manage employee learning and development activities effectively. It consists of multiple sub-features including training master, scheduling, feedback, recurrence, and automatic closure.
Using the Training Master, administrators can define the core details of a training program, including the Trainer, Title, Category, and Training Mode. This helps in standardizing training types across the organization.
Training Schedule
In the Training Schedule, sessions can be planned by selecting the training master and assigning it to specific employees. You can also attach related files such as study materials, presentation slides, or instruction documents. Once scheduled, automatic alerts will be sent to all selected employees, ensuring timely communication.
Training Feedback
Trainers and Employees can provide valuable input through the Training Feedback section, helping HR and management assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Note:
If Training Recurrence is enabled, the system will automatically create recurring schedules based on the configured frequency. Alerts will be sent to relevant employees each time a recurring session is generated. Additionally, the system supports auto-closure of training sessions once the scheduled period ends, reducing the need for manual follow-up and ensuring proper tracking of completed training.
