Add performance


Steps to Add an Performance:
Navigate to Access > Admin > Manage Performance, click Add to create a new performance, or select an existing to enter the details page.

The Employee Performance module allows administrators and managers to track and evaluate individual employee performance on a regular basis. Performance can be recorded and reviewed based on key metrics, ensuring transparency, consistency, and growth-focused feedback.

You can add performance records by selecting the Year, Month, and Employee Name. For each entry, input details such as KPI (Key Performance Indicators), Training Score, Skill Matrix, Overall Performance Score, and the Incentive Points earned. These metrics help in evaluating the employee’s contributions, strengths, and areas for improvement.

The Manage Performance section enables you to view and edit existing performance records. This ensures all performance data remains up to date and accurately reflects the employee's progress over time.
