Set up company
Administrative Capabilities
Can:
- Set up maximum clock-in/out times.
- Enable or disable Telegram alerts.
- Configure clock-in/out rules based on company policies.
Note: Only Robeeta Office Administrators can create companies. Other admins cannot create companies.
Steps to manage company:
Navigate to Access > Admin > Manage Company, select an existing company to enter its details page.
Attendance Mode:
- First-In - Tracks the first clock-in of the day as the start time for attendance.
- Device Based - Attendance is recorded based on specific attendance devices, ideal for companies that require location-specific clock-ins.
Important: You can't change the attendance mode once the company is created.
Set Max InTime
Employees of the company need to clock in and out according to the set time zone and their attendance will be tracked accordingly.
Note: If new employees are added to the company after the clock-in time of the day, they will be considered as clocked in on that day to avoid impact on the salary calculation.
Set Telegram Alert
You can enable or disable Telegram alerts based on your needs, once enabled, you will receive notifications via Telegram, and you can turn off alerts whenever they are no longer needed.
