Using the App

Home Screen and Navigation:

  • The app's home screen displays a menu of options and the dashboard with all available modules.

  • Navigate through the menu by tapping on the menu icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

Accessing the Attendance Module:

  • To access the attendance module, tap on the “More Info” option under the “Access” module on the main dashboard.(refer Fig 4.2.1)

Components of the Access Module:

  • The Access module contains three main menus: “Mark Attendance”, “Attendance Log” and “Access Log”.(refer Fig 4.2.2)

Attendance Dashboard:

  • The dashboard within the “Access” module displays key information such as Login Date & Time, Login IP, and the monthly absent count.(refer Fig 4.2.3)

Clocking In:

  • To clock in, tap on the “Mark Attendance” menu on the main screen.

  • Enable your location, and you can only mark attendance at your mapped location; otherwise, it will show an error indicating an invalid location.

  • However, for field employees, they have the flexibility to mark their attendance from any location.

Marking Attendance:

  • On the “Mark Attendance” page, select the “In” or “Out” option and click the “Submit Attendance” button.

  • Once submitted, the day's attendance will be recorded.

Viewing Attendance Records:

  • To view attendance records, tap on the “Attendance Log” on the main screen.

  • Filter the logs using search filters to find specific attendance records.

Access Logs:

  • The “Access Log” contains the user's in/out logs accessed by the device.

Bottom Navigation Bar:

  • Utilize the bottom navigation bar to access different features available in the app.

Account Settings:

  • To make changes to your account settings, tap on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

Logging Out:

  • To log out of the app, tap on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then tap on the “Sign Out” button.
