Admin-Device
This menu will be available only for admins and owner.
Manage Device:

Go to the “Manage Device” section from the “Admin” menu.

In this section you will find a list of devices accessible by the owner and admins.

In order to find a particular device, you can use the device name and company Search filter, then hit the “Search” button.

This page contains the device name, device type, direction and IP Address.
Add Device User Access:
Follow these steps to add a device user access:

Select the “Manage Device User Access” section from the “Admin” menu.

Click the “Add” button to grant the user access to the device.

Enter the required information, including Access Type, Employee Name, and Devices.

Select the checkbox “All Devices” to grant access to all devices. Else, choose the specific device from the “Device Name” dropdown.

Click “Update” to save the changes.
Manage Device User Access:
The “Manage Device User Access” page provides users with a comprehensive list of all device user access for the employee.
Follow these steps to manage the device user access:

Select the “Manage Device User Access” option, from the “Admin” menu.

In this section, you will find device user access featuring “Search” etc.

In order to find a particular employee, you can use the Quick Search filter, then hit the “Search” button.

This page presents comprehensive information regarding user access pertaining to the designated device.
