The Status Management feature allows you to efficiently manage the various statuses of your sales leads. This functionality enables you to add new statuses or modify existing ones. Adding a status involves defining its name and nature, which helps in tracking and categorizing leads throughout their lifecycle. Modifying or updating statuses ensures that your sales process remains aligned with current business needs and practices.
Manage Status
Navigate to SaleLead > Master > Manage Status
Admins can add new statuses with unique names.
Once a status is assigned to one or more sales leads, it cannot be deleted to maintain historical data integrity.
Admins can view and update existing statuses.
Duplicate status names are not permitted.
Preventing the deletion of statuses linked to sales leads ensures accurate and consistent records, supporting reliable tracking and analysis of lead progress and status changes.
