The Stage Management feature provides tools for handling the different stages of your sales leads. You can add new stages to reflect various phases in the sales process, edit existing stages to update it, or delete stages when necessary. Adding a stage involves specifying its name, which aids in categorizing leads according to their current phase. Editing allows you to keep stages relevant and up-to-date, ensuring they accurately reflect your sales process.

Manage Stage

  • Navigate to SaleLead > Master > Manage Stage

  • Admins can add new stages with unique names.

  • Once a stage is linked to one or more sales leads, it cannot be deleted to preserve historical data integrity.

  • Admins can view and update existing stages.

  • Duplicate stage names are not allowed.

Managing stages helps track the progression of sales leads, providing clarity on where each lead stands in the sales process and facilitating better decision-making and strategy development.
