Industry

The Industry Management feature allows you to oversee the different industries relevant to your sales leads. This functionality provides options to add new industries, update existing ones, or remove industries as necessary. Adding an industry involves entering key details that classify and categorize leads according to their industry, which helps in analyzing market segments and tailoring sales strategies effectively.

Manage Industry

• Navigate to SaleLead > Master > Manage Industry

• Admins can add new industries with unique names.

• Once an industry is linked to one or more sales leads, it cannot be deleted to preserve historical data.

• Admins can view and update existing industries.

• Duplicate industry names are not allowed.

Keeping industries associated with sales leads ensures data accuracy and reliability, supporting effective reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
