The Asset Management module in Robeeta Office Core offers a comprehensive solution for managing and tracking organizational assets. This feature streamlines the process of adding, updating, and overseeing assets and their associated transactions.

Add Asset

Begin by adding new assets to the system. This process includes the ability to attach relevant documents, such as purchase receipts or maintenance records, which can be downloaded later for reference.

Manage Asset

Efficiently oversee and organize all assets from a centralized location. This feature allows you to view asset details, track their status, and make necessary updates to ensure accurate and effective asset management.

Edit Asset

Add Asset Transaction

When recording asset transactions, select from only available assets. Each transaction will initially be in a pending status. The system will notify the user via OTP (One-Time Password) to verify the transaction. Upon successful OTP verification, the status will be updated to issued.

Return and Cancellation

For issued assets, returns can be processed if necessary. If a transaction remains in pending status, it can be canceled as needed, ensuring flexibility and control over asset transactions.
