The Tracker feature in Robeeta GPS offers real-time monitoring of device locations on an interactive map, allowing users to view live updates and track movements as they occur. It supports the review of historical data over specified timeframes and provides an option for a full-page map view for detailed observation. Users can visualize individual device paths, and access detailed location data and distance traveled through the system, ensuring comprehensive oversight and analysis of device activities within the organization.

Real-Time Location Tracking

The Tracker feature in the Robeeta GPS system provides a comprehensive view of all registered devices on an interactive map. This map displays the real-time locations of devices, allowing users to monitor their movements as they occur. The system updates dynamically, showing the current position of each device through moving virtual points, which accurately reflect their travel in real time. This feature is essential for live tracking and ensures that users have up-to-date information on device locations.

Device History and Timeframe Tracking

In addition to real-time tracking, the Tracker feature also allows users to review the history of device movements over specific timeframes. This capability is particularly useful for analyzing past activities and understanding movement patterns. By selecting different timeframes, users can access detailed historical data and track the journey of a device across different periods, providing valuable insights into its usage and behavior.

Full-Page Map Experience

For a more immersive tracking experience, users can access the map in full-page mode. This option is available by clicking the pin icon located at the top right corner of the header. In full-page mode, the map expands to provide a larger and more detailed view, making it easier to track and analyze device movements. To return to the regular view, users can simply click the same pin icon again.

Visual Tracking of Device Movements

To track a specific device, users can click the View icon associated with that device. This action allows them to see the device’s movements directly on the map. The map will dynamically update, showing the device's live location and its trajectory, providing a clear visualization of its real-time travel. This feature enhances the ability to monitor individual devices and observe their paths.

Detailed Location and Distance Information

Clicking the edit icon on the Log tab enables users to view the precise location of a device on the map. This functionality offers a granular level of detail, allowing for thorough monitoring and analysis of the device’s location. Additionally, the Robeeta GPS system provides information on the distance covered by individual users. To view this data, navigate to the Log tab where the total distance traveled by each device is displayed prominently. This feature helps in understanding the extent of travel and can be useful for various operational and analytical purposes.

Telegram Alert

The Telegram Alert feature enables administrators to receive real-time notifications about device activities directly on their Telegram messaging platform. By configuring this feature, administrators can set up alerts for various device-related events, such as location changes, status updates, or specific activity thresholds. These alerts are sent instantly to a designated Telegram chat, ensuring that administrators are promptly informed of any significant changes or issues with the devices they are monitoring. This integration enhances the ability to respond quickly to critical situations and maintain continuous oversight of device operations, making it a valuable tool for efficient and effective management.
