Click To Call:
Navigate to the Click To Call page by either clicking the "Click to Call" module in Menu or selecting the Click To Call Icon in the bottom navigation.
Users can Enter the customer's number manually or utilize the contact icon below to access saved contacts and initiate a call.
Note: While using the contact Icon , only contacts added within the Manage Contact are visible, not those stored on the mobile device.
Active Calls:
Active Calls displays ongoing calls initiated by agents.
