10.2 Home Screen

• After signing in, users are directed to the Home Screen of the app.

• The Home Screen showcases a menu of options and a dashboard presenting all available modules.

• Users can navigate through the menu by tapping on the menu icon positioned in the top left corner of the screen.

• Alternatively, users can select the "More Info" option within the Smarter Call module.

• Regardless of the method chosen, users will be directed to the Smarter Call dashboard.

Dashboard:

• The Smarter Call Module Dashboard shows "Total Calls" (Today), "Open Calls", "Active Calls", and "Agent Departments. It also includes a Barchart for Incoming and Outgoing Calls (Today).
