Add DND(Do Not Disturb):
Select the Add DND menu from the Manage DND option.
On the "Info" form, enter the Contact Name, Mobile Number, and Reason for the DND entry.
After filling in the required valid details, click "Update" to save.
Management DND:
The Management DND page lists the customers marked for DND.
Follow these steps to manage the DND Customer:
Select the Management DND menu from the Manage DND option.
In this section, you will find fields featuring "Search" and "Edit" functionality.
In order to find a particular DND customer, you can use the Quicksearch filter, then hit the "Search" button.
Edit DND:
You can edit the field by clicking the Tag icon.
On the Edit DND page, you can modify only the status field to "Removed" or "Active".
Click "Update" button to save the changes.
Note: If a customer's contact is added to the Do Not Disturb (DND) list, agents cannot make calls to that customer until the contact's status is changed to"Removed"
