The Outgoing Calls page lists the calls made to customers.
Follow these steps to manage the Outgoing Calls:
Select the Outgoing Calls menu, from the CDR option.
Date filtering options include "Set Dates," "From Date," and “To date" for precise search capabilities.
To find specific Outgoing calls, utilize the filters, then press the “Search” button.
In the Outgoing Calls page, Call Status column indicates whether the call was answered or missed by the customer.
By clicking the call icon , a form named Call Log is opened, displaying details of incoming calls for the specific customer.
