7.2 Talk Time Summary
The Talk Time Summary page displays agents talk time.
Follow these steps to manage the Talk Time Summary:
Select the Talk Time Summary menu from the Report option.
Date filtering options include "Set Dates," "From Date," and “To date" for precise search capabilities.
To find specific Talk Time Summary, utilize the Quicksearch, then press the "Search" button.
The Talk Time Summary page presents agent names along with the duration of their talking sessions.
