Click To Call:

• Navigate to the Click To Call page by either clicking the "Click to Call" module in Menu or selecting the Click To Call Icon in the bottom navigation.

• Users can Enter the customer's number manually or utilize the contact icon below to access saved contacts and initiate a call.

Note: While using the contact Icon , only contacts added within the Manage Contact are visible, not those stored on the mobile device.

Active Calls:

• Active Calls displays ongoing calls initiated by agents.
