4.1 Dashboard
- The "Dashboard" of the Smarter Call Module displays the number of Total calls (Today), Open Calls, Active Calls, and Departments of the Agent.
- It contains a "Barchart" that displays the number of Incoming Calls (Today) and Outgoing Calls (Today).
- Additionally, It contains a "Area Chart" that displays the number of Answer Calls Over last 15days.
Note: Those who have Admin policy and Owner policy can see, Overall department total calls, active calls, open calls, and departments Counts.The user policy can see their department's active, open, total calls and Count.
