6.2 Outgoing Calls


The Outgoing Calls page lists the calls made to customers.

Follow these steps to manage the Outgoing Calls:

  • Select the Outgoing Calls menu, from the CDR option.

  • Date filtering options include "Set Dates," "From Date," and “To date" for precise search capabilities.

  • To find specific Outgoing calls, utilize the filters, then press the “Search” button.

  • In the Outgoing Calls page, Call Status column indicates whether the call was answered or missed by the customer.

  • By clicking the call icon Icon Image, a form named Call Log is opened, displaying details of incoming calls for the specific customer.
