9.1 Manage Agent


Add Agent:

  • Select the Add Agent menu, from the Manage Agent option.

  • On the "Info" Tab, Select the name of the Agent.

  • Upon choosing the agent's name, the user's email and mobile number will be automatically filled in.

  • Enabling the "Sent Missed Call Alert" checkbox triggers a Telegram alert to be sent to the agent

  • In the "Department" Tab, agents have the option to be linked with a single department or multiple departments.

  • In the "Phone" Tab, agents have the option to be linked with a single Cloud Number or multiple Cloud Number.

  • After filling in the required valid details, click “Update" to save.

Managent Agent:

The Manage Agent page lists the Agent thus added.

Follow these steps to manage the agents:

  • Select the Manage Agent menu, from the Admin option.

  • In this section, you will find field featuring “Search" and “Edit" functionality.

  • Selecting the checkbox displays active agents, while deselecting it shows inactive agents.

  • In order to find a particular Agent, you can use the Quicksearch filter, then hit the “Search" button

Edit Agent:

  • You can edit the field by clicking the Tag icon.

  • On the Edit Agent page, you can modify the Agent Name, Mobile, Send Missed Call Alert, Department Name, Agent Number.

  • You have the option to enable or disable a Agent using the Enable Toggle.

  • In the “Event Log Tab”, changes made in Edit Agent are recorded with modification dates and descriptions.

  • Click “Update” button to save the changes.
