9. Admin


The Admin menu offers tools to manage agents and departments efficiently. In "Manage Agent", admins can add, edit, and monitor agent details, including department associations and Cloud Numbers. In "Manage Department", they can add and edit department information, link them with Cloud Numbers, and enable Telegram alerts. Both sections provide easy search and edit functionalities for smooth administration.
